Once your trap is in the ground, it has to be kept up. A proper clean is not a skim. A vetted pumper fully evacuates the trap, scrapes the baffles and walls, inspects the tee fittings, and back-flushes so you start the next cycle at zero. You get a manifest documenting the volume hauled, which is the paperwork your inspector actually wants to see.
